Why plain text?
A knowledge base should preserve the author's words even when its interface changes. This example is a local Markdown file, rendered without a database.
- Files are easy to inspect.
- Version history makes changes understandable.
- A website is one way to present the same content.
Use visibility: public only when a note is ready to share.
